CASA El Dorado cordially invites you to our 2nd Annual Summer Soirée: Celebrating Brighter Tomorrows, an evening dedicated to the belief that every child deserves a bright tomorrow.

Join us at Friday, June 26th at Riva Grill in South Lake Tahoe starting at 6:00 PM for an evening of drinks, delicious food, and meaningful connection, all set against the beauty of the lake.

The evening will also feature a powerful CASA impact story, recognition of our CASA of the Year Advocate, and an exciting silent auction. Together, we will celebrate the life-changing work happening right here in our community.

How We Make a Difference

CASA El Dorado is committed to providing critical support, empowerment, and a voice for abused, neglected, and at-risk youth in our community. Your support of the Summer Soirée demonstrates your belief that every child deserves the opportunity to build a bright tomorrow, free from cycles of trauma and uncertainty; and directly helps CASA recruit more trained volunteers who make a difference in the lives of vulnerable child every day.

Our Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) work one-on-one with children who have been removed from their homes due to abuse or neglect, as well as youth and families involved in the child welfare system. CASAs build strong, trusting relationships with their CASA children, spending time with them, gathering vital information about their needs, and providing informed recommendations directly to the court. Their advocacy helps judges make decisions that can positively alter the trajectory of a child’s life.

Research shows that when a CASA advocate is involved:

• Children have increased access to critical services
• Children spend less time in foster care
• Youth are less likely to reenter the child welfare system

Your generosity ensures that more children in our community receive the advocacy, stability, and opportunity they deserve. Thank you for standing with us as we work together to create brighter tomorrows!
